Requirements

• Experience in the tourism industry and customer service.
• Experience with booking systems (Amadeus).
• Language skills – fluency in Russian and English (knowledge of additional foreign languages can be beneficial).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Ability to effectively organize work processes and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Personalized service for VIP clients: providing high-level service to VIP clients, including personal consultations, individual offers, and privileges.
• Booking tickets: processing orders for airline tickets, including seat selection, considering client preferences, and other additional services.
• Payment processing: managing payments and ensuring accurate ticket pricing.
• Compliance with rules and regulations: knowing and adhering to all rules and regulations related to air transportation.
• Partner collaboration: interacting with airlines, hotels, and other partners to provide quality customer service.
• Information updating: continually updating knowledge about new fares, promotions, changes in air transportation rules and tourist destinations, and monitoring flight schedule changes to inform clients timely.
